Review: Line Manager Guide – a best practice approach to working with disabled colleagues, Employers’ Forum on Disability 2007

This is a welcome addition to Human Resources Departments, being mercifully slim and punctuated with useful tips and practical examples in the form of case studies. What’s best about the guide however, is the way it follows an employees work-life cycle from recruitment, through managing performance and ultimately to promotion or the ending of that employment. It also updates the 2006 guide which suffered from clumsy and irrelevant illustrations.
