Gary O'Donoghue
Gary O’Donoghue is a BBC Political Correspondent, covering political news for national radio and television. He has been a reporter for the Today programme on Radio 4, a presenter for BBC World Service, a presenter/reporter on the BBC2 disability magazine programme “From The Edge”, and an occasional presenter of In Touch on Radio 4.
As well as covering British news, he has reported from Europe, Africa, Asia and the United States, and has made documentary programmes for Radio 4, and films for current affairs programmes on BBC television.
Gary has been totally blind since childhood. He is 39, and lives in Yorkshire with his partner Sarah and daughter Lucy.
