Alice Maynard DBADr. Alice Maynard DBA, MD future inclusion ltd

Dr Alice Maynard is Managing Director of Future Inclusion. Future Inclusion helps organisations develop strategies to employ and provide services to people in parts of the community they find it hard to reach.

Alice gained her BA (Hons) from York University, her MBA from Ashridge and her Executive Doctorate from Cranfield University.  Her field of research was valuing access for disabled people for the economic appraisal of transport projects.
During her career, which spans over 25 years, she was employed in the IT industry for ten years managing high performance transatlantic software projects.  Latterly she was employed in the transport industry, where she was responsible for disability strategy and policy in Network Rail and developed the strategic framework for social inclusion for Transport for London.

She has over 10 years experience as a consultant, working for private sector organisations as diverse as Littlewoods and Arriva, public sector organisations such as Hampshire County Council and Transport for London, and voluntary sector organisations including Save the Children and the UK Disabled People’s Council (formerly BCODP). 
Alice is a member of the Human Genetics Commission, an Associate of the Employers’ Forum on Disability and a Trustee of Scope.  She is a graduate of Common Purpose 20-20 and is a member of their Advisory Group in Milton Keynes.
